Board of Managers


In 2022, the Veris Partners came together to develop a Board of Managers, which is a distinct governance body, separate from the Partnership and the Management Team. Board members have two-year terms with two consecutive term limits.

Lori Choi

Lori Choi is a Partner, Senior Advisor, and CFA® Charterholder in the Veris New York office. Lori has over seventeen years of experience in wealth management and financial services, and is passionate about helping individuals, families, and foundations have a positive social and environmental impact with their wealth. Lori also serves on the Veris Board of Managers.

Lori Choi

Prior to joining Veris, Lori was Vice President of Account Management at Markit, a global financial information services company, and Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bank of Hawaii Private Client Services, where she constructed portfolios, performed equity research, and directly managed over $170 million in client assets.

Lori graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics. Lori is a co-founder of Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE), a community for people who identify as women to connect, grow, and share, with the purpose of advancing sustainable investing and women’s leadership. Lori lives with her husband and three children in Dallas, Texas.

Sheryl Kucer

Sheryl Kucer is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Veris. She brings over 15 years of experience working with financial advisory firms in leadership and operational capacities. Sheryl holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Prior to joining Veris, Sheryl was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Dyson Capital Advisors, where she had general oversight of information technology, human resources, operations, finance, and compliance. 

Sheryl Kucer

Sheryl began her career learning the operational aspects of the investment advisory business at several small to mid-size investment advisory firms and her experience includes managing operations teams through mergers and acquisitions. As Director and Head of Client Service and Operations at Tiedemann Advisors, Sheryl managed a team of 20 associates tasked with handling the operational needs of advisors and clients.

Sheryl currently serves on the board of PowerCorpsPHL, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit organization focused on green workforce development initiatives that help un- and under-employed 18–30 year olds get work experience and living wage jobs in clean energy, green infrastructure, and other fields.

She graduated from George Washington University. Sheryl lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband and two children.

Brad Mook

Brad Mook is Managing Director of Investments at Rosemont Investment Group. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating Rosemont’s investment opportunities, overseeing the investment process, and working closely with portfolio partners on strategic issues. Prior to joining Rosemont in 2019, Brad served as Director of Manager Research at SEI Investments, a $167 billion multi-manager advisory business. He conducted and oversaw manager selection and due diligence across multiple asset classes and provided strategic and tactical leadership for growth opportunities and internal operations.

Brad Mook

Before arriving at SEI in 2009, Brad spent 15 years as a sell-side analyst and director of research at various firms, performing industry, business, financial and valuation analysis on a wide range of investment opportunities. He is a CFA® Charterholder and holds a BA in Political Economy from Williams College.

Roraj Pradhananga

Roraj is a Partner, Co-CIO, and Managing Director of Research at Veris. He leads the Investment Research team and is a voting member of the Investment Committee. Roraj is responsible for sourcing, due diligence and monitoring of investments across asset classes, thematic research, capital markets analysis, and impact measurement and management. He chairs the firm’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Committee and Investment Working Group. He seeks to drive systems level change and positive environmental and social impact through financial markets, build partnerships, identify impactful investment opportunities for clients, and contribute to the advancement of the impact investing industry.  

Roraj Pradhananga

Roraj has 16 years of experience in the US and Switzerland across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and Insurance in various functions and roles. Prior to joining Veris, Roraj was a Sustainability Investing Analyst at RobecoSAM in Zurich, Switzerland, where he developed and implemented sustainability, ESG, and impact investing solutions across core, thematic, and impact investment strategies and covered the consumer discretionary and telecoms sectors. 

Roraj is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) who holds an MBA (Honors) from IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from SUNY Binghamton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He lives with his family in NY.

Stephanie Cohn Rupp

Stephanie Cohn Rupp is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Veris Wealth Partners. She has more than 20 years of global impact investing experience. Throughout her career, Stephanie has focused on building scalable, profitable, sustainable businesses. Based in Denver, she helps lead the firm’s impact wealth management growth strategies, financial performance, and client experience.

Before joining Veris, Stephanie was Managing Director, Partner, and Head of Impact Investing at Tiedemann Advisors where she served clients as a Wealth Advisor and led the development of the impact investing platform and impact client experience. Prior to that, she was CEO of Toniic, a global community of impact investors which she grew tenfold. Previously, Stephanie held globally focused investment roles at Omidyar Network, PlaNet Finance, UBS, and The World Bank and built greenfield microfinance institutions financed by USAID.

Stephanie is a Board Director of the US Sustainable Investment Forum (US SIF), a member of the ImpactAssets 50 Review Committee, and an advisory board member to Paris-based Investisseurs et Partenaires’ investment fund for Education in Africa.

Stephanie earned her Master of Public Administration degree from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and her Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a French and US binational. In 2017, Stephanie co-authored The ImpactAssets Handbook with Jed Emerson.
